Took my daughter and family to Gatwick earlier. They charge now to drop people. What a rip off sums things up really. I think it goes up £5 every 20 mins might be even 10 mins not sure.I just paid the £5 was literally only there 5 mins. It also means taxi fares are dearer aswell.

Gatwick isn't even inside the M25 never mind the emissions zone. I dislike Gatwick. It's almost as scruffy as Luton and it's always got this angry atmosphere about it, like everyone wants to chin each other just for existing.

It’s handy for us we only live 7 miles away. I generally in the past just joined the masses waiting for flights. I haven’t used it since 2019. It’s close to the M25 as are we where we live. I believe there is talk of the congestion and omissions charge moving further out but not as far as our patch hopefully. Croydon is only about 20 minutes away having said this.
